15 ways to teach mindfulness to kids

It seems like everyone and his dog is crowing about ‘mindfulness’ at the moment. It may be a buzzword, but please don’t dismiss mindfulness as a fad. It could be the most important life skill you teach your son.

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to teaching your kids about mindfulness.
